This Medium to Full Bodied blend offers a balance of spice with subtle hints of oak and cedar on the finish. The Sun Grown requires foods and beverages than can be enhanced with a complex palate spice and earthy notes — Scotch, Bourbon, Dark Rum such as Diplomatico and coffee drinks. Pairs well with Ales, IPAs and most middle of the road Beers and Red Wine.
