Every month we get the opportunity to introduce our customers and friends to a highly limited production set of cigars that are curated by the Privada Cigar Club. For March, we’ve received four cigars you’re sure to enjoy — two standard LCA bag releases and two special bow releases.

Purple People Eater

One of the boxed offerings this month, the Purple People Eater, is loud. Viral and Mischievous. Inspired by McDonalds’s Grimace character many of us grew up with, Privada Cigar Club feels this project is their most playful yet — if you can’t have fun in this business, you’re not doing it right!

Milkshake Lake

To complete the story, Privada went back to Raul Lanuza following the success of the 2025 Super Sea Monkeys project and asked him to create something aged. Something special. Something that could commemorate one of the most magical fictional places in fast food history — Milkshake Lake.

This cigar is creamy, fruity, smooth in texture but layered in depth. As it develops, the Nicaraguan core from Esteli and the volcanic soil of Ometepe begin to flex, tightenung the sweetness into structure and finishes elegant and balanced.

Yellow French Fry Lancero

Keeping with the fast food theme, The Yellow French Fry has history at Privada. Other versions have surfaced at their Privada Con events over the years. Collectors know them, Members remember them, but the Yellow French Fry has never been released. Until now…

These cigar have been sitting quietly in Privada’s collection for over six years. After its creation, it rested for a full year at the factory in the heart of Tamboril, the epicenter of the Dominican Republic. Then it continued aging under Privada’s watch. Patience matters.

This selection is not your average cigar. The nearly pencil thin Lancero format forces precision. It sharpens the wrapper’s sweetness and makes the Corojo speak clearly. Expect toasted almond, light citrus peel, fresh bread and a refined white pepper note that lingers without overpowering.

NOTE: The Lancero vitola (size) is often bypassed by many consumers in the US cigar market. That’s a HUGE mistake. If you turn your nose up to Lanceros, you’re missing out on one of the best cigar sizes for experiencing the blend as the Master Blender intended — all because you think a skinny cigar is effeminate. Real men smoke whatever the hell they want!

Blue Cheese
