Stoved US grown Red Virginias are Cavendished (I didn’t know that Cavendish had a verb form) and combined with Mark Ryan’s 2003 Perique to create a one-of-a-kind vintage blend. The whole leaf is then pressed and sliced into broken flakes. The Stoved Red Virginia’s that have been Cavendished, bring a slightly tart component while the nineteen year old Perique brings a sweetness and intense dried fruit tone. The two tobaccos combine to bring you a complex Fruitcake taste and room note experience that will take you back to a time that’s long passed. LIMITED EDITION.
