All of the tobaccos — wrapper, binder & filler — start with being bale-aged for 10 years before being moved into charred white oak bourbon barrels for an additional 2 years. The resulting cigars are complex in flavor and impeccable in color, texture and aroma. This Nicaraguan puro is a complex mix of oak, almond and sweet spice. Pairs well with most Ales, IPAs and German Marzen Beers as well as oaky Chardonnays and smoother Red Wines. Non-smokey Bourbons and Scotches like Maker’s 46 and Dalmore that are vanilla-forward are excellent with these medium to full bodied beauties!
